I designed and delivered a unique wellness program for the Illinois Judges Association, combining mindfulness practices and stress management strategies with gentle movement to help judges manage stress, enhance focus, and improve overall well-being.

Key elements of the program included:

  • Mindfulness techniques: Guided meditations, breathing exercises, and mindful awareness practices to cultivate calm and reduce stress.

  • Gentle movement: Chair yoga and stretching sequences to release tension, improve posture, and increase energy.

  • Ergonomic assessments: Individualized assessments to optimize workspace setup and prevent discomfort.

  • Stress management education: Practical strategies for managing stress both on and off the bench.
