I designed and delivered a unique wellness program for the Illinois Judges Association, combining mindfulness practices and stress management strategies with gentle movement to help judges manage stress, enhance focus, and improve overall well-being.

Mindfulness techniques: Guided meditations, breathing exercises, and mindful awareness practices to cultivate calm and reduce stress.
Gentle movement: Chair yoga and stretching sequences to release tension, improve posture, and increase energy.
