5. Spicy Magic

Our theme for this class is Spicy Magic !

Today, we'll enjoy a brief warm up, followed by a shorter bounce session. Then, we bring in the power of THE MAGIC CIRCLE! We'll work our Pilates matwork and also integrate some circle exercises into standing balance and even bouncing sequences to finish class.

If you don't have a magic circle, grab a larger ball or simply work the resistance of your muscles. I'm looking forward to amping it up with you this week!
