Well, that’s not exactly the truth. We all know what qualifies as “health,” but with today’s stressors, coupled with our busy lifestyles, the challenge lies in making our healthy choices make sense for OUR LIVES.

What is Neuro-tune?

Neuro-tune is a transformative program will help you develop a strong partnership your nervous system, support your hormone health, and develop an emotional intelligence toolbox that will give you a bevy of practical, everyday strategies.

Over the course of 12 weeks, you’ll begin to harmonize your health from a deep understanding of your energetic, recovery, and stress resilience needs. Together, we’ll unlock the full potential of your support systems and achieve a healthier, happier you, one simple practice at a time.

Neuro-tune is a non-invasive support system that helps you navigate through the stressful seasons in your life.


There are 3 key factors that I believe are key components to lasting health initiatives:

Nervous System Regulation

This is the ability to move flexibly between different states of arousal in response to stressors.

The outcome is to be able to adapt to changes in our environments so that we are not overwhelmed.

Hormonal Health Support

Hormones affect everything from blood sugar to blood pressure, growth and fertility, sex drive, metabolism, and even sleep.

Their influence goes as far as changing the way we think and act day to day.

Emotional Well-being

Emotional health is important because it's a vital part of your life and impacts your thoughts, behaviors and emotions.

Being healthy emotionally can promote productivity and effectiveness in activities like work, school or caregiving.

Each week you’ll receive a private podcast lesson that shares entertaining, relevant information to support your health, along with a simple, practical assignment that you can start on immediately.

Weekly Movement Classes 🕺

Each week you’ll have a movement class that is designed in consideration of the week’s theme. Class formats will include Pilates, mobility training, strength and resistance training.

Central Resource Hub 📚

You’ll have a dedicated portal where you movement classes, worksheets and community chat live. You’ll maintain ongoing access to this page even after the completion of the program.

The good news is, addressing these issues does NOT have to be complicated.

FAQs

  • While shifts to your nutritional intake along with stress management skills can support a change in body composition, this program is not focused on weight-loss as the goal.

  • Pacing with the program is recommended to receive the most support throughout the 12 week period. However, all participants will maintain ongoing access to the Neuro-tune Program, allowing you to return to material and/or catch up on anything you may have missed due to life’s interruptions.

  • Instead of focusing on restrictions and major dietary shifts (which have been shown to greatly increase stress levels and do the opposite of their intentions) the program focuses on supporting your appetite rhythms, satiety, blood sugar regulation and nutrient support. That said, I will offer LOTS of yummy recipes throughout the 12 weeks.

  • I named the program Neuro-tune in an effort to offer you all of the tools and education you need to understand how to get back on track when your health has come out of tune. Life will inevitably have ups and downs. In order for us to navigate through them effectively, it’s helpful to have a dedicated process of self-reflection, education, strategy building and community support. These strategies will prove to be life-long tools that you can and WILL return to on the regular.

  • The cost for registration is $397 USD. This covers all materials, including podcasts, video lessons, movement classes, resources, ongoing support throughout and even a a few virtual group coaching opportunities.
