In this program, you'll:

Participants may choose to take the livestream classes (Tuesday 10am) or do the replay. Replays will be up immediately following class. All classes are 50 minutes in length to account for awareness and breathwork exercises.

    Move through a progressive series that helps you build support strategies for your entire “inner unit” (core.) Strong focuses on breath-work, mobility and joint strengthening set the theme throughout.

  • Stretch & Mobilize - $47

    Move through a 6 week series to help you reset, realign and strengthen the systems of your joint mobility and muscular support for ease of motion, less pain and more movement possibilities!

  • Pilates + Bounce - $69

    Use your rebounder as both a bouncing tool and a mat through a 6 week series that builds cardiovascular endurance while enhancing your core strength through a nourishing Pilates Mat practice.      

  • Bounce Happy - $47

    Work with the rebounder through series that taps into varied heart rate and mental focus elements. I've done some major research behind what helps us to access a higher mood and I'm excited to share this with you through rebounding!

  • Bounce Plus - $47

    Move through a 6 week series that combines a cardio-based bounce workouts with resistance training circuits for the best of both worlds! Classes use the rebounder and bala weights and/or varying weights of dumbbells.
