Breathing With Resistance
In this segment, we review using a small (1 or 2lb dumbbell) as a tool for feedback and slight resistance. Note that while flexion exercises are included in this example, spinal flexion or abdominal conditioning may be contraindicated at certain points throughout a fertility cycle. The flexion exercises are great “powerful” movements to use during the time before cycling begins.
