    • Weekly audio lessons and assignments: Dive deep into each topic with insightful content and practical exercises.

    • 6 group coaching calls: Connect with your fellow participants and receive personalized guidance and support. (2 calls per month)

    • 2 private coaching sessions: Work one-on-one with me to address your unique needs and goals.

  • The program is divided into 3 tiers:

    • Self-Led Experience: Access to all audio lessons and assignments.

    • Group Coaching Experience: Includes everything in the Self-led tier plus participation in the 6 group coaching calls.

    • Premium Experience: Includes everything in the Group Coaching tier plus 2 private coaching sessions.

  • Group coaching is an enjoyable and effective way for a coach to provide significant value to multiple clients at once. Group sessions allow participants to learn from other members’ experiences and form supportive friendships outside the group, leading to lasting changes beyond the program. This is often the highlight of group coaching programs for clients. The group dynamic holds its members accountable to one another and is helpful for long-term success.   • p.a.c.e. is designed to fit into your busy life. Here's a breakdown of the time commitment:

    • Weekly audio lessons: Approximately 30-45 minutes per week.

    • Bi-monthly group coaching calls: 75 minutes every other week.

    • Assignments: 30-60 minutes per week.

    • Optional private coaching sessions (Premium tier only): 60 minutes per session.

    Total estimated weekly time commitment: 2-3 hours.

  • We’ll meet on Wednesdays, at 1pm Central Standard Time.

  • There are payment plans for both the Group Coaching and Premium Experience. A $300 USD deposit is due at the time of registration with a 2 month payment plan to complete payment on the remaining balance.

I believe in a holistic approach to wellness: one that goes beyond just aesthetic results.

Initially, the limitations of traditional fitness programming for clients with chronic conditions fueled my fire for unique program design in the Pilates studio, gym and online. Not surprisingly, my ability to get to the heart of what people truly need to be successful and offer them simple access to that process served as a natural progression to my offerings as a Health & Wellness Coach.

Today, my programs are both client-centered and curated to provide participants with coaching that is founded on their strengths as well as an unwavering positive regard for their abilities.
