5. Props, Props, PROPS

Our theme for this class is Props, Props, PROPS!
Today, we'll enjoy a brief warm up, followed by sequences that integrate a yoga strap, foam roller or small ball and ankle/wrist weights. Here are a list of possible substitutes that can be used if you don't have the above:

Yoga Strap = Belt, Towel, Scarf, Theraband

Foam Roller = Rolled up towel or blanket, 1/2 foam roller, small ball, small pillow (the firmer the better)

Ankle/Wrist Weights = Option to not use weights, 1- 3 lb dumbbells for arm/hand exercises
