Work on the beginning of your pattern and if you have a few brain � in the process - not to worry. Working on memory and neuroplasticity is part of the mood-boosting paradigm and even the glitches count!

Again, do your best to make some time to revisit some of this material later this week - this is the best way to keep working with the material and help create circulation for recovery that may be needed.
