The Dance-y Bounce Series is a 6 week series where we’ll be building a dance combination each week using the steps you learned in the LSB, as well as some new tricks!  This is a great progression for the Lymph Support Rebounding series and/or a fun way to amp up your bounce practice!

We’ll work at a moderate pace through dance favorites like motown, pop, and beats that will make you smile! This is a great series for cardio vascular health as well as coordination and MOOD BOOSTING!
